Rolling Rebels reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or change website content, policies, product offerings, pricing, and services at any time. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

Orders, Fulfillment & Shipping

Rolling Rebels produces many products on a made-to-order basis to reduce waste and maintain quality control. Processing times vary depending on the product, order size, material availability, and production requirements.

Most standard orders are processed and shipped within approximately 1–3 business days once the order is ready for production.

Custom apparel, large orders, DTF transfer orders, pre-orders, event merchandise, and other made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Any estimated production timeline provided with a custom quote or order is an estimate unless otherwise stated in writing.

Products that are already produced and in stock typically ship within 1 business day.

Processing and delivery times may be affected by holidays, events, product launches, high-volume periods, material availability, carrier disruptions, weather, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Available shipping methods and calculated shipping charges are displayed at checkout when applicable.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Rolling Rebels.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable information provided by the customer.

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has been processed for shipment.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All Rolling Rebels sales are considered final.

Because many of our products are custom, made-to-order, limited-run, event-specific, or produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, fit preference, change of mind, ordering mistakes, or incorrect customer-provided information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizes, quantities, colors, artwork, and order information before completing checkout or approving a custom order.

Rolling Rebels will take responsibility when an order issue results from an error on our part.

This may include situations where Rolling Rebels:

• Ships the wrong item

• Produces the wrong size compared with the size ordered

• Produces the wrong quantity, color, or design

• Causes damage or a production defect

• Produces an item that does not reasonably match the approved order specifications

When Rolling Rebels is responsible for an error, we will determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. This may include replacement, reprinting, repair, store credit, or refund.

Sizing and fit are the responsibility of the customer. If the size received matches the size ordered, the item is not eligible for return or exchange because it fits differently than expected.

Custom apparel, made-to-order merchandise, DTF transfers, personalized products, event merchandise, and limited-run products are final sale.

Customer errors involving submitted artwork, sizing selections, quantities, colors, spelling, or other customer-approved order details are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If you believe Rolling Rebels made an error with your order, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when relevant.

Orders cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has started. Because custom and made-to-order products may enter production shortly after payment, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability.

Rolling Rebels reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify inventory availability, remove products, or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, errors involving pricing, product descriptions, inventory, promotional offers, images, sizing information, or other website content may occasionally occur.

Rolling Rebels reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and, when necessary, cancel and refund orders affected by materially incorrect pricing or product information.

Customer Artwork & Submitted Content

Customers may submit artwork, logos, graphics, trademarks, photographs, designs, or other files to Rolling Rebels for custom apparel, DTF transfers, or other custom production services.

Customer-submitted content remains the property of its respective owner.

By submitting content to Rolling Rebels, the customer represents that they own the content or have sufficient permission and legal authority to reproduce it and authorize Rolling Rebels to use it for the requested order.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions, licenses, or authorizations necessary for submitted content.

By submitting artwork or other files, the customer grants Rolling Rebels permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to quote, prepare, produce, fulfill, and support the customer's order.

Rolling Rebels reserves the right to refuse production of submitted content when we reasonably believe production may violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, or our policies.

Rolling Rebels Intellectual Property & Branding

Rolling Rebels-owned website content, including our logos, branding, original artwork, graphics, photographs, promotional materials, product designs, layouts, written descriptions, and digital assets, is owned by Rolling Rebels or used with appropriate authorization unless otherwise stated.

Rolling Rebels-owned content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks, names, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

AI & Creative Content Disclaimer

Rolling Rebels may use artificial intelligence tools alongside human creative direction, editing, graphic design, and production processes when developing certain promotional graphics, apparel mockups, written content, advertisements, creative assets, social media materials, or digital artwork.

Final creative direction, branding decisions, content approval, and product presentation remain under the control of Rolling Rebels.

The appearance or reference of third-party brands, manufacturers, companies, organizations, products, or trademarks does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership unless expressly stated.

Privacy & Data Usage

Rolling Rebels collects and processes information reasonably necessary to operate the website, process transactions, fulfill orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, communicate with customers, and improve our services.

Depending on how you interact with Rolling Rebels, information processed may include:

Shipping Issues

Rolling Rebels is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, service disruptions, or delivery problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Rolling Rebels is not responsible for packages that a shipping carrier confirms as delivered but that are subsequently lost, missing, or stolen.

If a shipment is lost or damaged while in transit, customers may contact Rolling Rebels for assistance with available carrier claims.

If a shipping issue results from an error made by Rolling Rebels, we will work to correct the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rolling Rebels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of this website, interruption of services, product availability, shipping disruptions, or products purchased through the website.

Products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except for rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
